KS-843HL REAR-LOADING, DOUBLE CLAMP AND DOUBLE BRIDGE DISCONNECTING MACHINE

DOUBLE PUSHER WITH MOVABLE GRIPPERS ON 3 AXES

The major innovation of the new KS-843HL is its new and patented double pusher system.

This patented system allows simultaneous cutting of strips or bundles of strips with different cutting patterns. In this way, we can make much more flexible cutting work orders, adapted to the production required at any given moment, and also increase production by a considerable percentage of pieces.

All this can be achieved thanks to our new pusher which has gripper movements on 3 different axes, i.e. 3 independent movements of groups of grippers instead of the single movement of traditional sectioning machines.

For this purpose, the machine is equipped with a twin pusher located at the end of the bridge with independent movement allowing the strip or bundle of strips to be advanced to different lengths than the main pusher.

These clamps have a controlled left-right movement to position themselves in the ideal position on the strip, either in the centre for narrow strips or at the ends for wide strips. This system patented ensures traction and precise movements that will allow us to cut with the highest precision.

DOUBLE BRIDGE POWER SUPPLY AND CUT-OFF

The model KS-843HL It is also equipped with a second bridge for feeding panels to the cutting cycle, which selects the panels to be cut and feeds and positions them on the loading platform at the same time as the main bridge is carrying out the cutting cycle, increasing the number of daily cutting cycles we can carry out by a large number.  

MACHINE BED

With additional central support and all parts of the bed connected to each other to guarantee the stability and precision of the machine. Double symmetrical 22 mm steel clamp support plane. 

35 mm diameter cylindrical steel carriage sliding guides.

Robust 1500×130 mm steel front frame-guide, anchored on the machine frame.

SAW CARRIAGE

Quick and precise disc change

The saw unit is raised and lowered by means of cylindrical guides and needle bearings to ensure centesimal precision. 

Automatic stroke limiter of the saw carriage controlled by the cutting programme (fully automatic) saves time on unnecessary strokes.

Automatic saw projection

The height of the main saw is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the board. It guarantees the best cutting quality.

The cutting length is automatically controlled. This can reduce unused movement time and greatly improve efficiency.

Saw carriage with Servo Servo motor. Adjustable rear positioning.

The saw carriage is moved forward by means of servo motor, pinion zip The machine is extremely smooth and thus avoids dangerous vibrations caused by chains and cables which affect the quality of the cut.

HIGH SPEED GRIPPER TROLLEY

The pusher is guided by ground and cemented lateral guides, kept in perfect parallelism by two machined beams joined together. The movement can reach a speed of up to 120m/min in reverse and 95m/min.

This group includes 10 clamps pneumatic tyres to keep the table top perfectly secured at all times.

Special double finger clamps, especially for high production and high clamping for cutting multiple panels.

PRECISION LATERAL ALIGNER

The aligning roller always remains in contact with the package during operation. Squareness accuracy is guaranteed, as the aligning roller is mounted on a precision CNC recirculating ball bearing guide.

With this system we can work on very narrow workpieces.

PRESSURE GROUP

  • Presser with standard pressure and adjustable by the operator.
  • Safety bar in conjunction with the presser bar.
  • Safety locking valve for lowering the presser in case of lack of air.

AIR CUSHION TABLES

Three bakelite-coated reinforced steel work tables with air cushion to facilitate the sliding of the panels and prevent damage to the workpieces.

REAR LOADING PLATFORM

Loading platform with motorised lifting, load capacity 4000 Kg and controlled by programmer.

Double height measuring device, with horizontal movement. With this system we reduce the loading and alignment time of the panels. As the pusher does not have to move.

Hydraulic lifting system, with levelling device. Allows fast, precise and constant work.

Rear or side loading platform.

COMPUTER CONTROL SOFTWARE

KDT has developed its own control software in multiple languages. The program can be customised based on customer requirements.

Direct editing of the pattern or cutting import varies from optimiser programs.

Administration of cutting jobs.
