CNC MILLING DRILL KD 610HZ
The KD-610HZ CNC drilling centre is designed to drill on all 6 sides of the board.
Quickly drills vertical/horizontal holes, as well as hinges, half bores, through bores, etc. Can also be used for grooving and milling.
Its top units include a grooving saw, two drilling units with milling cutter and a 5-position linear tool changer, allowing any design to be machined in a single pass.
The lower equipment includes a drilling unit and a milling motor for grooving, cutting, drilling or profiling.
LABEL READING GUN
A powerful scanner reads the information indicated on the label of each part and transmits it to the main computer and gives the order to execute the job according to the indications.
MOBILE AIR CUSHION TABLES
The air cushion table allows smooth sliding, moving more flexibly according to the drilling position of the boards during the whole process, avoiding scratches and other damages.
WORKPIECE CLAMPS
The grippers move at high speed, up to 140m/min, throughout the process to allow the entire workpiece to be machined. While one is lifted to move, the other firmly holds the workpiece to prevent it from moving.
PRECISION LATERAL ALIGNER
Lateral alignment mechanism: ensures greater accuracy during the process, as it is held against the panel surface throughout the process.
DOUBLE ALIGNMENT DEVICE
Fixed positioning by reference stop.
Suitable for small medium size boards, fast positioning.
Mobile positioning stop.
Suitable for machining large boards, prevents the board from sliding out of the guide.
AUTOMATIC DETECTION OF PANEL MEASUREMENT IN X - Y - Z AXES
Equipped with a complete automatic precision part measuring system.
This makes machining easier and avoids possible errors.
Intelligent thickness reading through the clamps (Z-axis)
Photocells for precise reading of part length (X-axis)
SIERRA GROUP
Fast grooving by disc. Can groove from 50 to 850mm.
UPPER AND LOWER DRILLING UNITS
Drilling process of the upper drilling unit together with the milling and sawing unit to increase production efficiency.
The group of holes consists of 12 vertical and 8 horizontal holes in the upper composition and 9 vertical holes in the lower group.
MILLING TECHNOLOGY
Structured milling device with double pressure plate (patented)
Improves milling accuracy and reduces panel scratches on the surface.
Machine equipped with two milling machines (one upper and one lower).

Double-sided work and mirror function.
