1. FEEDING TABLE
The conveyor table is fixed. Machine suitable for all types of automatic production lines.. Equipped with a 7.5kW vacuum system for workpiece clamping, very effective for small panel sizes and very smooth surfaces and also to improve the cleanliness of the conveyor belt.
The conveyor table has an automatic cleaning function. It reduces manual cleaning, increases efficiency, also prevents dust from sticking to the back of the panel.

3. TRANSVERSE AND LONGITUDINAL SECTIONED SKID
Electronically controlled 60-sector sectioned skid sanding system. The 1300mm wide panel can be divided into 60 areas, we can also control the sanding range through the intelligent system design.
The horizontal belt sander has a smart and labour-saving design, you can adjust the deflection of the sanding belt through a screw, it is easier than the traditional structure.
Superfinisher
Double belt device consisting of an inner lamellar belt for continuous support of the outer sanding belt, multiplying the contact surface, which adapts even more to the surface of the panel, achieving in the case of the transversal pad a greater roughing of irregularities, planning the surface of the panel to the maximum, leaving it in optimal conditions to achieve a better finish with a longitudinal sectioned pad as a final sanding unit.

The sanding belt has a reversible function, not only the motor can change direction forwards and backwards, but we have also designed a suction inlet system to collect dust and improve the sanding effect, for both forward and reverse sanding.
