Intelligent workstation capable of machining one workpiece at a time with different sizes and with different programming. A job that can be carried out by a single operator.
The efficiency of the CNC 6-sided drilling machine is superior to that of CNC Point-to-Point machines with dual workstations.
Quickly drills vertical/horizontal holes, as well as hinges, half bores, through bores, etc. Can also be used for grooving and milling.
Equipped with C-axis on one of its upper milling units and double tool magazine of 10 + 2, ready for aggregate.
LABEL READING GUN
A powerful scanner reads the information indicated on the label of each part and transmits it to the main computer which already knows it when the part is perfectly positioned by the feeding system in the machining area.
WORKPIECE CLAMPS
Double gripper and long guideway for fast work up to 140m/min. Movements along the X axis managed by CNC.
For work with different table tops and safety mechanisms.
The grippers move throughout the process to allow the entire workpiece to be machined. While one is lifted to move, the other clamp holds the workpiece firmly in place to prevent it from moving.
Clamps with blowers
Keeps the work surface clean by continuous blowing at each opening and closing.
MOBILE AIR CUSHION TABLES
Air cushion tables in two sections that move sideways, moving more flexibly according to the drilling position during the work to avoid scratching or damaging the workpiece or being damaged by the drilling head.
The air cushion table allows a smooth sliding of the boards during the whole process, avoiding scratches and other damages.
PRECISION LATERAL ALIGNER
Lateral alignment mechanism: ensures greater accuracy during the process, as it is held against the panel surface throughout the process.
DOUBLE ALIGNMENT DEVICE
Fixed positioning by reference stop.
Suitable for small medium size boards, fast positioning.
Mobile positioning stop.
Suitable for machining large boards, prevents the board from sliding out of the guide.
AUTOMATIC DETECTION OF PANEL MEASUREMENT IN X - Y - Z AXES
The HÄRNNETT CNC drilling machine is equipped with a complete automatic precision part measuring system.
This makes machining easier and avoids possible errors.
The detection of the dimensions of the parts is done in the X - Y - Z axes.

WORKING GROUPS
Drilling process of the upper drilling unit together with the two milling machines (9kW with C-axis) to increase production efficiency and flexibility. The drilling unit consists of 14 vertical and 10 horizontal drills.
It has double tool change at two heights (5+5) and two more aluminium clamps ready for aggregate. In total linear magazine of 12 tools.
The lower unit consists of a drilling unit with 9 vertical drills and two milling motors.

Mobile control panel independent of the electrical panel with castors for easy positioning.
Equipped with complete computer (CPU, screen, keyboard and mouse) to perform all software operations.
MACHINE BED
Hardened welded monoblock frame to relieve all internal material stresses, very robust and machined on precision centres to ensure that all vibrations are absorbed and provide stability during machining.
REAR SIDE WASTE DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
Facilitates cleaning and maintenance of the machine.
SAFETY DEVICES
The machine is supplied with all safety devices in accordance with current CE regulations to ensure safe operation at all times.
ASPIRATION
Automatic suction management. 3 suction inlets of Ø200mm, Ø100mm and Ø150mm.
Efficient design to provide the best absorption of swarf and dust throughout the working process, without excessive volume, to optimise suction and minimise the space it occupies.
