Plug and insert the dowels

The KN-3019 S semi-automatic CNC machining centre is designed for drilling, milling and dowel insertion on workpiece edges.

The machine allows you to work quickly and precisely sequentially on all edges of the workpiece, according to a set programme in semi-automatic mode.

Working groups

The high-speed milling motors enable high-quality machining. In total, the machine has 2 groups of milling motors working horizontally and a gluing and dowel insertion device.

• Group 1: 2.2 kW Horizontal. 
• Group 2: 2,2kW Horizontal
• Group 3: gluer + insection

Automatic spike feed hopper
 

Feeds the dowels to be inserted into the machined hole, saving time.

Working table

It has a large plastic support surface to prevent damage to the workpieces. The workpiece is positioned and clamped on both sides of the workpiece by means of powerful pneumatic clamps. The clamps prevent the workpiece from moving during machining.
