The machine performs synchronised, exact and parallel squaring and edgebanding on both sides. It is the ideal equipment to improve productivity in the mass production of furniture.

The width is adjusted by means of a double drive and sliding guides.

Maximum opening 2.450mm

The machine settings are automatic and can be controlled via touch screens.

DOUBLE DRAG CHAIN DOG-IN CHAINS

Perfect squaring of the workpiece as soon as it enters the gluing machine, thanks to the stops inserted in the drag chain.

UPPER PRESSURE BRIDGE

Built on a steel frame, it has a wide rubberised belt mounted on swivel bearings for agile linear movement of the workpiece and optimum clamping.

SWIVEL ROLL HOLDER

For the positioning of two PVC and ABS rolls up to a maximum thickness of 3mm.

An edge can be installed on the support. When the edge being used runs out, a sensor will detect it and turn on an alarm to alert the operator.

INDUSTRIAL MACHINE CONTROL PC AND LABEL READER

Simple operation and diversified functions, customised machining packs.

Operators can select the machining programme that best suits their needs at the touch of a button.

On the industrial PC we can store an infinite number of working memories.

NON-STICK SPRAY DEVICE

Spray system installed on the machine with dust-resistant nozzles. Glue residues are prevented from adhering to the workpiece.

SQUADRON GROUP

Positioned before the gluing unit in order to grind the edge of the board and eliminate the chipping of the workpiece.

The unit consists of 2 shredder units and a vertical spindle moulder.

IR LAMP

It allows rapid heating of the panel face, improving the adhesion of the glue, even in unfavourable environmental conditions of temperature and humidity.

GLUE TANK GROUP WITH PREFUSOR

For EVA hot melt glue with fast heat-up time of approx. 12 minutes.

Digital thermo-regulator for glue tank temperature control.

Automatic reduction of the temperature of the unit.

With the PREFUSER device we achieve the maximum use of the adhesive and keep the glue tank in the best conditions for a longer period of time.

GLUE TANK

Accessory tank integrated in the chassis. The tank is filled with glue granules and when the pre-melter is running low, the system will automatically suck the glue to refill it, allowing the gluing machine to continue working.

This system allows long edging runs without having to stop the machine at any time.

PRESSURE ROLLERS

Each group is made up of five rollers with continuous pneumatic pressure to promote the adherence of the edge to the workpiece.

HIGH SPEED CROSS LINKING UNIT

High speed working unit for cutting the excess edge of the front and back of the panel. The movement is carried out by means of prismatic guides and recirculating ball bearing slides that provide high precision and reliability in the work.

DOUBLE PROFILING UNIT

First roughing unit and second fine profiling unit.

Each group consists of 2 independent high frequency motors. Each motor is equipped with large diameter vertical rotating copying devices and horizontal conical copying devices for perfect profiling.

Automatic positioner from the control panel with the possibility of changing two edge sizes.

SCRAPER GROUP OF SHAPES

For a perfect edge finish eliminating all edge undulations.

SWARF REMOVAL UNIT

This group traps the excess edge strip that has not been completely removed in the previous groups and prevents it from continuing to the edgebanding group, thus favouring a better finish.

FLAT TAIL SCRAPER UNIT

Upper and lower tail scraper group.

Equipped with large diameter feeler discs.

Easy to clean swarf collection box inserted in the suction system.

CLEANING SPRAYS

Cleaning liquid. By applying the cleaner before the cloth polishing discs, loose glue residues are removed.

PULECANTOS PNEUMATIC GROUP

Composed of 2 independent 0.18 kW motors working at 1400 RPM for easy cleaning and edge polishing. This unit works with pneumatic oscillation for optimum wear of the unit.

LOWER GROOVING UNIT

Pneumatic, automatic, horizontal grooving spindle moulder unit. Possibility of working in linear and automatic continuous operation with time-controlled exclusion from the screen.
