KDT KN-6042TSL MULTI-PURPOSE DRILLING MACHINE
Automatic line boring machine for narrow and wide workpieces. Equipped with a feed and transport unit by means of a chain with stops. It is possible to machine two workpieces at the same time, increasing the working speed. With compact automatic unloader.
Suitable for machining drawers, bathroom and kitchen furniture, bed side panels and other household furniture.
The workpiece is drilled on all four sides, which guarantees the machining of most workpieces in a single work cycle.
Ideal for the drilling up to 3 panel faces sequentially or simultaneously.
It has automatic infeed and outfeed with precise positioning and firm clamping of the workpieces with very fast movements.
Robust construction, with an over-dimensioned structure and work elements that allow it to work up to 3 shifts continuously.
Powerful cross-drilling motors ensure fast and precise insertion of the required holes in the workpieces.
Prismatic guides for the displacement of the high-precision units with ball bearing slides, which guarantee high precision, rigidity and precise positioning of the working units.
Delta PLC control system. Which provides the machine with logical control to complete the job accurately and quickly.
The unit consists of 4 vertical drilling heads and 2 horizontal drilling heads. The arrangement of bores can be freely combined for implementation.
Composition of the machine:
- 2 units of fixed horizontal drills of 21 bits each
- 4 units of lower vertical drills of 11+11 bits each (90° rotatable split combs)
The automatic positioning of the stops along the width of the workpiece according to the workpiece. This guarantees high precision and minimum time to reconfigure the machine from one workpiece to another.

Automatic feeding of the workpieces into the working area ensures maximum productivity of the machine in series production. The machine can work in two modes:
