POWER SUPPLY BELTS
Conveyor belts that gently feed the door over the work area of the machining centre.
These strips are placed on guides that automatically adjust to the size of the door.
ALIGNER
The door is perfectly positioned on the work table thanks to the side aligner.
FIXED DOOR CLAMPS AND DOOR POSITIONING CLAMPS
Pressure clamp system for perfect clamping of the door. Located on both sides of the CNC (for the hinge and lock side). 3 + 3 on each side.
TRIPLE WORKING GROUP ON 3 SIDES
Simultaneous machining of hinges and locks thanks to separate machining units on both sides of the door.
Two units of 3 motors each on one side for the complete machining of the lock and 2 motors on the upper side.
In total, 8 motors (6 horizontal and 2 vertical) for precise machining at high speed.
This allows us to mill very small diameters to fit angled fittings and even drill holes for fixing screws, which will enable us to assemble hinges and locks much more quickly and accurately.
