It allows rapid heating of the panel face, improving the adhesion of the glue, even in unfavourable environmental conditions of temperature and humidity.

GLUE TANK

Accessory tank integrated in the chassis which is located under the boiler and is a glue store. A sensor will give the signal to stop the glue filling in the prefuser.

DOUBLE PRESSURE ROLLER UNIT

Each group is composed of five pneumatic pressure rollers, the first one motorised with a diameter of 100 mm and four opposing conical free rollers to guarantee a perfect adherence of the applied edge. Constant pneumatic pressure.

SUCTION ENDOSUCTION UNIT

Composed of two independent high frequency motors to cut the excess edge of the front and back of the panel. Each motor is complete with a sensor for positioning the saw in relation to the cutting point.

DOUBLE EDGING UNIT

First roughing unit and second fine trimming unit. Each of the motors is equipped with large diameter vertical rotating copying units and horizontal conical copying units for perfect profiling. Automatic positioning from the control panel with the possibility of changing two edge sizes.

ROUNDING UNIT - MAXIMUM SPEED 18m/min

It allows the automatic rounding of the angles of the applied edge, without the need to stop the piece. This rounding device has the following main characteristics:

Two-position work changeover system: top rounder y bottom rounder.

DOUBLE SPOKE SCRAPER UNIT

For a perfect finish on PVC-ABS edges up to 3mm, eliminating all edge corrugations. 

Automatic positioner from the control panel with the possibility of changing two edge sizes.

Upper and lower tail scraper group.

CLEANING SPRAYS

Cleaning liquid. By applying the cleaner before the cloth polishing discs, the previously applied release agent and loose glue residues are removed.

Composed of 2 independent motors for easy cleaning and shining of the edge.
