Types of wood finishes
Not all finishes can be achieved with just any machinery. Each one requires a specific process, technology and quality control. These are just some of the finishes that Purete wood finishing lines can achieve:
PANEL LAMINATING
PURETE's PUR laminating lines are designed to apply decorative films (PET, PETG, PVC, PP, CPL, HPL, aluminium, etc.) onto panels and boards using PUR adhesive (reactive polyurethane), achieving high-quality, bubble-free finishes with excellent resistance.
UV FINISHING LINES
The line shown is a UV Coating Production Line.
It is used to apply decorative and protective coatings onto panels and flat surfaces using UV varnishes or paints that cure under ultraviolet lamps.
They are designed to achieve high-gloss mirror-type finishes, resistant to scratches, chemicals and corrosion.
Textured and effect
Textured finishes reproduce woods, stones or decorative effects with a level of detail that enhances the appearance of the substrate beyond what its original material would allow.
It offers a durable finish and a ideal cost-to-aesthetic-result ratio.
PANEL PAINTING AND VARNISHING
PURETE painting lines are designed for complete automation of surface finishing of panels, doors, furniture, profiles and parts with complex geometry.
Automatic application using spray guns, compatible with UV, water-based and PU paints.
Possibility of painting five faces in a single pass.
PROFILE WRAPPING MACHINE
PURETE profile wrapping lines (Profile / Wrapping Production Lines) are designed to apply decorative or functional films onto long profiles and linear parts, such as mouldings, frames, skirting boards, aluminium or PVC profiles, using PUR or hot-melt adhesives to achieve high adhesion and continuous finish.
EXCIMER COATING (SOFT-TOUCH)
PURETE Excimer Soft-Touch lines are designed to produce ultra-matt surfaces with a silky touch (skin-feel) with extremely low reflectance and high functional performance.
The technology uses Excimer UV lamps to modify the surface layer of the coating and generate a deep matt finish without the need for conventional matting agents.
Resistance to fingerprints, scratching and abrasion, and high durability compared to conventional matt UV finishes.
