EDGE BANDING MACHINE KE-493 (40)
HEAVY DUTY BEDPLATE
The bed of the edgebander is heavy-duty with reinforced ribs, which guarantees the exact positioning of all components for the entire service life and makes it more robust for stable, undisturbed operation.
Automatic positioning of the pressure bridge
Fast and accurate adjustment according to the thickness of the workpiece, reducing time and improving process efficiency.
SWIVEL ROLL HOLDER
With 650 mm diameter plate for the positioning of PVC - ABS rolls and pre-cut formica strips and strips with manual loading and automatic feeding.
EDGE LOADER AND SHEARER
For edging rolls up to a maximum of 3mm. The machine is supplied with a rubber roller for use on rolls.
Shear for cutting PVC and ABS up to 3 mm thick.
FEEDING SUPPORT FOR NARROW PARTS
Stable feeding with narrow workpieces to prevent the workpiece from slipping out of the guide, thus ensuring the best gluing results.
SUSPENDED CONTROL PANEL (TOUCHSCREEN)
It controls the start-up of all the operating groups, a digital thermoregulator to control the temperature of the glue pot. Easy, fast and intuitive, thanks to its direct connection to the PLC. The main functions of the machine are controlled from the touch screen.
NON-STICK SPRAY DEVICE
Spray system installed on the machine with dust-proof spray nozzles. The application of the special release agent prevents glue residues from sticking to the workpiece.
TUPI GROUP AT THE ENTRANCE
Positioned before the gluing unit to rectify the edge of the board and eliminate chipping due to a bad cut, obtaining an optimum surface for gluing.
DOUBLE IR LAMP
It allows rapid heating of the panel face, improving the adhesion of the glue, even in unfavourable environmental conditions of temperature and humidity.
GLUE TANK GROUP WITH PREFUSOR
For EVA hot melt glue with fast heating. Digital thermo-regulator for glue tank temperature control. Automatic reduction of the temperature of the unit.
With the PREFUSER device we achieve the maximum use of the adhesive and keep the glue tank in the best conditions for a longer period of time.
GLUE TANK
Accessory tank integrated in the chassis which is located under the boiler and is a glue store. A sensor will give the signal to stop the glue filling in the prefuser.
PRESSURE ROLLERS WITH 5 ROLLERS
Composed of five pneumatic pressure rollers to guarantee a perfect adhesion of the applied edge.
SUCTION ENDOSUCTION UNIT
Consisting of two independent high-frequency motors for cutting the excess edge at the front and back of the panel.
With automatic positioner from the control panel with the possibility of changing the position of the motors from 0º to 15º.
DOUBLE EDGING UNIT
4 MOTOR ROUNDING UNIT - MAXIMUM SPEED 24m/min
It allows the automatic rounding of the applied edge angles, at a speed of 24m/min, this rounding device has the following main features:
- Vertical and front copiers with ground contact surfaces for maximum precision in the work.
- Two-position tool change function, for edges of different thicknesses.
For a perfect finish on PVC-ABS edges, eliminating all edge undulations. With rotating copying units that provide a correct position of the blades in relation to the cutting point.
The machine incorporates mechanical digital indicators for easy adjustment. Automatic positioner from the control panel with the possibility of changing two edge sizes. Group exclusion from the control panel
FLAT TAIL SCRAPER UNIT
Upper and lower tail scraper group.
Equipped with large diameter feeler discs.
CLEANING SPRAYS
Cleaning fluid. By applying the cleaner before the cloth polishing discs, the previously applied release agent and loose glue residues are removed.
DOUBLE PULECANTOS GROUP
Composed of 2 independent motors for easy cleaning and shining of the edge.
