In order to respond to the growing demand for modular furniture, kitchens, shelving and shoe racksone manufacturer has incorporated the KDT drilling line Model KD-612KHSA.

This high production line is equipped with automatic loading and unloadingallowing the machining of workpieces of kit furniture, megablock and components with specific perforations.

The operating mode is very straightforward. Each panel is identified with a label. This contains the data about the work to be carried out on the workpiece. The scanner, located at the line entrance, reads this label and intelligently, the CNC boring machine executes the machining precisely. Once the workpiece is finished it is sent, via a return system, to the automatic stacker which removes the finished workpieces one by one, in groups of two or in groups of three, depending on their dimensions.

This working method promotes flexible, intelligent and organised production, avoiding human error, saving costs and eliminating downtime.
