Description

La escuadradora KS-138PL está diseñada para el corte preciso de tableros y piezas en distintos materiales como Aglomerado, MDF, Plásticos, Solid Surface etc.

Its main quality element is its large and robust squaring carriage with a system of large double wheels sliding on double chrome-plated cylindrical bars, which ensures high precision and easy movement of the carriage. The carriage is made of aluminium multi-cell profile with a working width of 430 mm.

The saw carriage is the heart of the heavy steel construction sliding table saw. The complete carriage is mounted directly on the machine frame, not suspended from the table.

The saw shaft is electronically balanced. The tilt elements are generously dimensioned, which ensures precise alignment of the blade tilt angle.

The control panel has a 15" touch screen with industrial PC. Windows operating system. Label printer. Industrial PC with Windows operating system.

Angle indicators on the flag fence. Oversized front and rear twin mitre scales allow the flag cutting fence to be set very accurately. A large aluminium support is easily positioned to provide support for the panels.

Additional mitre fence for mitres over 45 degrees is easily attached to and removed from the table.

Innovative suction hood, which allows an optimal suction flow in the upper part of the disc as well as an unbeatable protection of the main disc and incisor.
