UPPER PRESSURE BRIDGE

Built on a steel frame, it features a wide rubberised belt mounted on self-aligning bearings to achieve smooth linear movement of the workpiece and optimum clamping.

NON-STICK SPRAY DEVICE

The application of special anti-adhesive agent prevents glue residue from adhering to the workpiece.

ENTRY SPINDLES

Positioned before the gluing units to rectify the edge of the board and eliminate chipping due to a bad cut, obtaining an optimum surface for gluing.

SOFT-FORMING PROFILE GROUP

Four servomotors at the top, bottom, front and rear precisely control tool height and feed position. The dual-tool design allows switching between different shapes at the touch of a button.

SERVO CORNER PROFILING UNIT

Servo control: one-button switching between different panel heights, precise corner trimming.

IR LAMP

Allows rapid heating of the panel face, improving the adhesion of the glue.

DOUBLE GLUING GROUP WITH PRE-MELTER

Digital thermo-regulator for glue tank temperature control. Automatic reduction of the temperature of the unit.

With the PRE-MELTER device we achieve maximum adhesive utilisation.

The first glue roller applies adhesive to the panel whilst the second applies it to the edge.

PRESSURE GROUP

Group comprising 7 pressure rollers, 3 of them angled, which promote edge adhesion to the panel across the entire surface, for angular profiles.

With upper infrared lamps and hot air gun to promote edge adhesion.

SOFT-FORMING PRESSURE GROUP

Servo control: one-button switching between different panel heights, precise pneumatic control of feed and discharge to process different profiles, multiple sets of infrared lamps and hot air guns, with spray nozzle for cooling and constant-temperature air conditioning to ensure edges are sufficiently softened.

EDGE TRIMMING GROUP

Trim excess edge at the top of the panel for maximum adjustment and to facilitate the work of the remaining groups.

END TRIMMING GROUP

Precise trimming of excess edge ends.

ROUGH PROFILING GROUP

Removes excess edge material protruding from the upper and lower surfaces of the panel.

SERVO FINE PROFILING GROUP

Servo control enables precise contour trimming to create rounded corners on the upper and lower edges of the edge, providing a perfect finish.

SERVO RADIUS SCRAPING GROUP

The scraping group travels along the profile to correctly scrape the shape.

FLEXIBLE SERVO GLUE SCRAPER UNIT

Upper and lower glue scraper unit. Adapts to the panel thickness and shape, automatically positioning itself along the profile contour to remove glue residue between the edge and the panel.

CLEANING SPRAYS

Spray system installed on the machine with dust-resistant nozzles.

DOUBLE PULECANTOS GROUP

Composed of 2 independent motors of 0,18kW working at 1400 RPM for easy cleaning and shining of the edge.
